Refund Policy

Return

RazerH does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened or if the products have been used washed. If, however, the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return of the product

 

Note: Offer sale products or Customize products are non-returnable. In Case, The Customer has received Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product; they need to send product photo or a product opening video to for verification. info.razerh@gmail.com

To return any items you can either contact us through phone or by sending an email to info.razerh@gmail.com

 

Replacement

Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer, no replacement shall be done for unwanted, uninterested or wrongly placed products.

 

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received returned item. We will also notify customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

 

Note: Refund will only be done in case the customer has received Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product, Refund will be processed through same mode within 30 working days as per the below breakup.

Step 1. 30% Amount Refund: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, we will refund 30% of your purchase amount to your original payment method.

Step 2. 20% Discount on Next Purchase: As a token of our appreciation, we will also provide you with a 20% discount on your next purchase.

Step 3. Product Retention: You may keep the product you wish to return. We understand that returning a product can be inconvenient and costly, so we encourage you to retain it.

 

Time Span of Refund: The process of a refund generally takes 15-20 working days from the verification of the requested products.

 

Mode of Refund:

Paid Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking – Customer will receive a full refund to credit or debit card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged/ defective /wrong product.
